- Respond to All Tenant Calls

- Any repairs over $350 must be cleared with the owner

Move In / Out
- Inspect Property On Move In / Out
- Conduct Periodic Property inspections
- Deduct Allowable Repair cost From Tenant Security Deposit

- Reimburse Security Deposit Balance within Legal Limits
Monthly Statements
- Computerized Monthly Statement with Month and Year to Date Totals

- In Most Instances, Checks Mailed to Owner By the 10th day of the month
- We Can Send Your Check Directly to You
- We Can Deposit Your Check in a Bank or Account of Your Choice, $10 service fee
